  • Raytheon, Chemical Weapons Disposal Incinerator, Umatilla, OR ($1.3 billion) Scheduler for the general contractor constructing a new lethal chemical agent incinerator plant. Prepared cost and resource-loaded time impact analysis schedules for project change orders. Chaired the weekly superintendent schedule review meeting and produced the weekly craft-level “look ahead” work schedule. Updated the monthly cost-loaded billing schedule needed for pay applications.
  • ACCI, Bellevue, WA As Senior Scheduler prepared schedule delay analysis and exhibits for expert witnesses. Established the baseline critical path. Prepared as-built schedules and but-for delay exhibits to facilitate claims resolutions. Wrote narratives to support technical findings in contract changes, delays, and unforeseen conditions. Assisted consultants and counsel during arbitration and in the development of expert reports.
  • General Construction, Twin Commercial High-Rise, Everett, WA ($31 million) Cost Engineer for a new 130,000 square foot twin commercial office building project within a 747 aircraft plant. Prepared the project budget, entered expenditures into the JD Edwards Cost System, and produced periodic cost reports. Assisted with building punchlists and project commissioning.
  • Boeing, 777 Aircraft Manufacturing Complex, Everett, WA ($900 million) Scheduler on the construction of a new 777 aircraft manufacturing complex. Prepared and maintained fully integrated project schedules for a new $51 million aircraft paint hangar; a new $87 million aircraft part clean, seal and paint building; and new $6 million Kranco stacker cranes.
  • Takasaki, Navy Base Administration Building, Whidbey Island, WA ($5 million) Scheduler and CQC Engineer for the construction of a new administration building. Prepared CPM schedules and project control reports, performed quality control engineering, submitted monthly invoices, and processed contractor claims.
  • Chiyoda, Toner Manufacturing Facility, Hackettstown, NJ ($15 million) Field Engineer and Assistant Superintendent on the construction of a 60-ton-per-month toner manufacturing facility. Resolved design problems and expedited contractor site work, utilities, foundations, masonry, building erection, equipment tower and pipe rack work, fire protection, finishes, paving, and landscaping. Performed scheduling for phases 1 and 2 and resolved claims.
  • Hill International (Willingboro, NJ): Schedule Engineer for site supervision of 31 GWEN radio towers; a 48 building PCB removal program (GSA); completion of a 14 story, 400 room Holiday Inn; two $15 million marine facility renovations (NYDOS)
  • USACE, King Khalid Military City, Saudi Arabia ($6 billion) Served as Estimator on the construction of a military city in the northern Saudi Arabia desert. Estimated change order costs associated with construction of city facilities and infrastructure.
