7D BIM

7d BIM is the longest duration of the cycle of a models life. It commences upon the completion of the IPD phase and will last until demolition. 7d BIM is also the asset management phase of the BIM process and includes facilities management. This is where the prescriptive and preventative maintenance process happens.
