Anyone can create a Community User Group.

The group owner can administrate the members, its discussion forum and other group content.

Each group can have members who join the group where they communicate amongst themselves on subjects they are interested in.

Groups contain Products & Services. Anyone can contribute to Group Services but you will need to become an Administrator of the Group in order to create a service.
