Chaired the weekly superintendent schedule review meeting and produced the weekly craft-level “look ahead” work schedule. Updated the monthly cost-loaded billing schedule needed for pay applications.

Reviewed and approved contractor CPM Schedule baseline and update submittals for completeness, accuracy and contract compliance. Prepared critical construction progress trend and status reports, responded to contractor delay claims, prepared Time Impact Analysis and as-built schedules. Prepared cost estimates for change orders.
