The 21 months duration for the 14km cable car project from the land available date is made up of the following activities:

• 5 months lead time to the mast foundation contract before the cable car contractor can get access to the foundation for a 10 months installation works. 
• The cable car contractor's installation is followed by the last 2 months of their overall 6 months testing and commissioning. 
• This is then followed by a 4 months of Test & Trial Running. 

The 27 months programme of cable car's manufacturing, delivery, installation and test and commissioning is based on the extract of the supplier's programme.
