Human mistakes

As I observed working at different international power plant construction project over the world, the huge amount of human mistakes is significantly grows from one project schedule update to another during the whole project lifecycle from kick-off meeting to the final commission's date.

All mistakes mentioned in the 3rd point in the parent post exists thanks to manually established links between tasks. If we can avoid this boring manual job we will have more healthy schedules.

I tried to resolve this problem. If interested, please see the video: "ThinkDo Project: How-to" and visit the "Blog" section at my site: www.thinkdoproject.com
