Definition of Building Services - First Fix 

Environmental Control Systems  

• This shall include the installation of all ECS equipment such as MCC's, fans and AHU's. 
•  In addition the installation of all primary and secondary ductwork and pipework systems (including valves, dampers, access panels, supports, anchors and guides) shall be completed.
•  Where necessary, due to concealment or other construction restraints, sectional testing shall be completed.

 Electrical Systems

• This shall include the installation of all transformers and switchboards.
• In addition, the installation of all primary and secondary cable containment and support systems, such as ladder racks, cable trays, cable trucking and conduits including brackets, anchors and guides shall be completed.

 Plumbing, Drainage and Wet Fire Systems

• This shall include the installaion of all duty and standby pumps for flushing water system, sump pumps, potable water system, drencher system, water spray system, sprinkler system, fire services system, trackside fire fighting system.
• In addition, the installation of all primary and secondary pipe runs, whether horizontal or vertical, with associated valves, supports, anchors and guides.

AFA System

• This shall include all primary and secondary cable containment for the AFA system.  Where necessary, due to concealment or other construction restraints, sectional testing shall be completed.
