Scope of Work of the project:

Fabrication, installation & testing of above ground (CS, SS, GI) & underground (FBE) coated piping,

Erection of Structural steel pipe racks & bridges, Erection & installation of rotating & non-rotating equipment.

                            Duties & Responsibilities

1)       Planning, Scheduling & Control by preparing & updating Project Construction Schedule, (CPM Network),

Look Ahead, Daily Work Schedules using Primavera Project Planner(for DOS), Finest Hour, Suretrak software.

                            2)            Estimating quantities, man-hours, equipment-hours. Preparation of Manpower, Equipment Loading Schedules.

                            3)    Preparing Progress Measurement & Reporting System (using dBase III Plus software).

                            4)    Preparing Daily, Weekly & Monthly Reports, Progress Curves [using Lotus-123, Harvard Graphics software]

                            5)    Preparing Time/Cost Estimates for variations, Invoices, Budget/Cost Reports, Extension of Time/Cost Claims.
