Planning and Cost Control Engineer

Planning activities and repporting progress to production department at a shipyard. I work now with planning for design and engineering activities within the same shipyard.

I currently work in the oil and gas field for a company that does manufacturing.  My role is to implement Primavera P6 for my division.  I also schedule projects.

Developed the EPC Master Project Schedule for the engineering & procurement & construction phase of the project. (LSTK Lump Sum Turnkey Project)

My responsibilities were to ensure that the Project Team and Manager are aware of the current status and critical issues on the project. Management of the other project Planner working on site.

Integration of contractors schedules into the overall project schedule.

Evaluate the Contractors progress and report back

Update the schedule on a weekly basis, including setting up of the S-Curves.
