Main drive was to improve MTBF of the pump seals which has steady improved to world class standard. Position: Machinery: Technician / Senior Technician 1989 - 1997 Main Responsibilities: Machinery overhauls and leading major equipment outages on various operating petrochemical plants.

Senior SAP Planner, ExxonMobil, Fawley Refinery Maintenance

Senior SAP Planning / Senior Machinery Planner / Senior Machinery Planner Set up a chemical planning team to deal with the massive backlog of notifications requiring planning. Developed and implemented a tracker/evaluation system for the monitoring progress. Set up variants to identify critical SAP notification to give clarity of the precise number in the system. Worked hard with the business teams to review the back log, tag priorities and reduce the numbers. This was highlighted at the end of year review as a site success. Trained in using GEMS/STRIPS a SAP base system.
