Project Planning & Control Management Preparation of tender and detailed project programs using Primavera 6 v7 / 3.1 including resource allocations cost planning, and top-down budgeting. Responsible for management of working schedules, mitigation and acceleration schedules, monthly & weekly reports, claim schedules, progress analysis using key project indicators etc. Management of measurable business performance improvement outcomes. Management reporting using tools like, Earned Value Reports. Participating in project review meetings for tracking project progress, de-bottlenecking and implementation of Earned Value as per norms and standards. Schedule Risks Analysis & Reporting – Co-ordination of in-build schedule provisions for Risk Mitigation Project controlling with the help of monitoring the expenses and cash flow for the entire project and projections for the upcoming months. Preparation of Cash-Flow Statements and development of Internal Cost Report (ICR), calculation of CPI (Cost Performance Index) and Earned Value Analysis. Preparing package specific Cash Flow Projections and processing of invoices as per agreed billing schedule. Development of Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS) to be performed as defined by the contract and ensuring their congruency.Project Management Managing activities right from the conceptualization stage to the execution of a green-field project; involving finalization of technical specifications, procurement, planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, site management, manpower planning, erection, testing & commissioning. Communicating project plans to all the disciplines & following up for deliverables, highlighting technical issues and backlogs to meet the project schedule. Conducting Kick-off Meetings for the different packages / contracts and finalizing the manpower / equipment requirements and mobilization at site. Holding weekly progress review meetings with vendors & consultants highlighting critical issues, firming up action plans, preparation of ‘Minutes of Meetings’ and follow-up for the action plan
