November, 2017 - Prepare & Review the detailed schedules for the Engineering, Procurement and Construction phases of the project, checking WBS, checking sequence, milestone, critical path, resource loading.
- Prepare Financial Curves (Cash Flow, Cash In and Cash Out).
- Review & develop periodic reports required by Client, Top Management, and Project management.
- Provide regular forecasting of project schedule including key milestones.
- Prepare forensic scheduling analysis using appropriate selected method for the purpose of understanding specific deviation or a series of deviations from the baseline program assisting in the preparation of EOT claims.
- Highlight the delays and the possible consequences of disruptions in the schedule and report the same to the Project Control Manager to initiate proper corrective actions.
- Attend negotiation and Kick-off meetings.
- Lead group of two planning engineers and provide technical assistance and support for planning department.
