Central Utility Complex (CUC2-2015) - Jebel Ali Airport (JXB)- Dubai

The Scope of work for the Central Utility Complex (CUC2) is to provide satisfaction completion of Engineering, Procurement, Construction / Installation testing and commissioning of Chiller Hall, Gas Turbine, Administration Building, MV Room, Steel Water Tanks, Domestic Fire Reserve and Cooling tower, External Works Area, Guard House and All MEP System (HVAC System, Chilled Water System), (Domestic plumbing System, Drainage System, F.F. Sprinkler System, F.F. hose reels & Fire Hydrant, Gas Farm & Gaseous Fire Suppression System) and (Switchgear, Lighting System, Emergency Lighting, Fire detection System, BMS, ,PAIVA, CCTV, MATV, DG, SCADA, UPS System).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Prepare, Submit and update of the EPC project master Programme

- Prepare, Submit, follow-up and update of:-

     - Project detailed construction Programme

     - Project material procurement schedule

     - Project shop drawings schedule

     - Project cost loaded schedule

     - Project labour histograms

     - Project short term Programmes (Two-week look-ahead schedule).

- Establish the milestones for the total project.

- Follow-up subcontractor's programmes

- Prepare and issue of necessary reports (weekly, monthly) to Head Office and/or Client.

- Initiation / responding to all planning/time related correspondence to Engineer/subcontractors.

- Attend all site coordination meetings with the Engineer/Subcontractors.

- Preparation and maintenance of the project As Built Programme and closeout schedules.

- Maintenance of production rates for equipment and labour for all trades.

- Prepare and issue of all time impact programmes to substantiate/support claims.

- Prepare feedback for all production rates of all tasks at the post construction stage.

- Prepare Key performance Indicator (KPI) for the overall project.

- Prepare EOT Claim .Analysis and Variation Orders Evaluation.

- Prepare Interim Payment Certificates to the Client.
