  • Develop and execute Construction Claims Service strategies, processes and procedures, as necessitated.
  • Conducts necessary research and acquires supporting documentation to substantiate claims to clients or major subcontractors.
  • Lead a team in the analysis or preparation of a complex construction claims, being responsible for the deliverable to the client, whether it be a report, presentation or expert testimony.
  • Evaluate project schedules and records to determine cause, effect and liability for construction delays.
  • Perform productivity analysis and identify inefficiencies and other issues
  • CPM schedule review, evaluation, development, and maintenance
  • Recognize and use techniques such as collapsed as‐built, impacted as‐planned, and windows analysis.
  • Assistance with the preparation of expert reports and presentations.
  • Establish and maintain professional business relations with clients.
