·       Development of Pre- Contract and Post- Contract Program Schedules, Work Breakdown Structures, Project Execution Plan and Method Statements

·       Coordinate with Project Team, Commercial dept., Engineering dept., Procurement dept., to prepare PM Budget, Project Cash Flow and Histograms, Information Required Schedule, Engineering Schedule, Material Submissions and Procurement Schedule

·       Establish working program schedule requirements with Project Manager; revise working program schedules where required by Project Manager

·       Sequence and link the required key deliverable activities within given Milestones

·       Ensure sub-contract program schedules are in line with site requirements

·       Produce Project Performance Indicators including Cost & Resource S’ Curves, Key Deliverables Milestones, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

·       Record actual against planned on resource curves and KPI’s; Predict completion dates and prepare “Look-ahead” reports

·       Regular Status Reporting on Project Performance, Key Issues, Top Risks, Cause & Impact of Changes, Delay Events, Suggest Corrective Actions, Claims, Earned Value and Variances against Target programme

·       Attend progress meetings with the Contractors, Consultants and Client
