Project – Construction of LNG Terminal for 2184MW Dabhol Power Project, Maharashtra

Client – Dabhol Power Company

Project Description – 2184 MW combined cycle power project, LNG receiving terminal and re-gasification facilities of 5MMTPA capacity. Scope involved 3x160,000 M3 LNG Storage Tanks, Marine Terminal and 2 km Jetty with LNG unloading facility, Breakwater construction and re-gasification facilities, OSBL piping for natural gas supply to power block and commercial usage.

Duties and Responsibilities –

  • Establishing the work breakdown structure (WBS), determining the work activity duration and establishing the proper work flow logic ties.
  • Detail analysis, evaluate schedule risks and work around option planning along with interface coordination with the subcontractor planners.
  • Update and monitor project progress and, if delayed, advise mitigation actions to meet the schedule.
  • Prepare various management and department reports including monthly, weekly reports, earned value reports, progress S-curves and performance reports.
