    1. Leading, managing, scheduling, planning, cost control & cost estimating members assigned on different projects and responsible for analysis & enhancement of planning and control systems and procedures.
    2. Participate in preparation of FEED, Engineering services & EPC proposal/estimation, cost/pricing, margin analysis, cashflow decisions and risk reviews.
    3. Participate in team to prepare execution statements, qualification/assumptions and put win strategy together.
    4. Study and highlight conditions of contracts which need attention and decision. Raise, reply contractual/ commercial clarifications/ qualifications
    5. Tender planning, resource deployment schedules, contract reviews, invoicing plan & risk review.
    6. Managing agreements, memorandum of understanding (MOU), ITB’s/ITT’s, subcontract agreements.
    7. Review bidder’s documentations, evaluation, selection & reporting.
    8. Management of project design deliverables, project procedures, budget & schedule control.
    9. Overall responsible for planning, monitoring and control of all the projects within the company,  includes developing and maintaining the project schedules, progress measurement systems, manpower deployments and other control systems.
    10. Preparation of project business plans incl. budget, cash flow & invoicing plan and project performance using EVM system.
    11. Provide a basis for sound project management decisions to managers enabling timely execution of the project.
    12. Early forecast of potential problems affecting the key project milestones and completion date. Such problem reporting to project manager for corrective action.
    13. Provide support to project managers in preparation of EOT claims, variation orders, contractual correspondence etc.
    14. Prepare cost estimate basis & methodology, checklist for cost estimate and investigate/evaluate cost risks.
    15. Participate in project financial analysis and life cycle cost analysis.
    16. Coordinate with project team members to get required information for cost estimate & techno-commercial evaluation.
    17. Maintain an overview of the resource utilization on different projects & prepare corporate reports for resource requirements for on-going and future projects
