Career started as Project Planner, after 5 months promoted to Programme Manager for the Submarine Command & Control Division, after further 18 months promoted to Planning Manager. Responsibilities included all planning functions, risk analysis, financial control including EVA, resource analysis, preparation of bids and customer liaison, also responsible to the board of directors for the planning and project management strategy for the Company.
