  • EcoSys EPC implementation project for Enap and Techint Group. Development of cost management model.
  • Formerly seconded to ENAP (National Petroleum Company of Chile) - Aconcagua Refinery. Migrated plant shutdown program from Microsoft Project to Primavera P6 PPM (v8.3.2) and portfolio allocation of shutdown program in Primavera P6 Enterprise Project Portfolio Management (EPPM). This allowed ENAP to incorporate Earned Value Management technique to prepare performance analysis, projections, forecasts and help substantiate contract disputes of several $M.
