• Converted estimate to baseline budget, setting up all Original budget cost accounts, and identified all key quantities and hours to be tracked by the project.
• Based on the project scope identify all misses and omissions in the original estimate.
• Maintain and update Project Controls software with all commitments, payments and accruals.
• Assign budget to purchase orders and Contracts, looking out for any scope change or design evolution that affects the budget, and make the corrective action.
• Monitoring project costs and commitment to budget and forecast.
