Managing director of the LLC, responsible for the overall operations, and development of the product offerings.  Lead development of PrintWeasel© and completed the Patent process for the application. Negotiated and managed the sale of exclusive licensing agreement with Coreworx, Inc.

MMR Power Solutions, LLC  - Construction and Operations Manager

As director of Projects for Power Solutions., my responsibilities included the design-build and operate the power facilities according to the Power Purchase Agreement, contract execution of both the PPA and all subcontractors.  Solely responsible for equipment selection and procurement for all capital equipment, directed Engineering in the project definition and detailed requirements, and executed the construction and commissioning activities for all of the facilities.

  • Worked closely with the local and federal jurisdictions for EPA and code requirements for interconnections into the municipal power grid and natural gas pipelines.
  • Provided operational power and steam to existing utility customer so dependence on the unreliable existing municipal power providers.
