- Managing the planning and costing for the development and installation of a new Defence Network to some 465 sites worldwide. This network includes: data, VOIP telephony, traditional PBX telephony, Unified Communications, Video to conference rooms and Desks, Internet Gateways, ‘Bring Your Own Device’ connectivity, Remote Access and Internet Gateways, Computer Network Defence, Security Compliance, Operations to ITIL V3 for 160,000 end points, and Project Services to Prince2.
- Developing the PMO for the contract. This PMO will provide Project Services to Defence for some 43+ Projects using 22 Project Managers. The Projects will need to be compliant with a range of Defence, DMO, CIOG & DSG governance and methodologies.
