- Create and manage activity logic
- Develop, update and manage resource Histograms and S-Curves
- Track and Report on Workshop Pre-Fabrication and report on any issues
- Perform weekly updates and reports with S-Curves for overall contract (Client Report).
- Compile weekly updates for supervisors indicating critical path, progress and slippage (also reasons).
- Monitor Potential scheduling problems and report to senior management
- Monitor progress and update the schedule accordingly
- Participate in progress meetings with the Client
