  • Develop, Plan, Maintain & Track the Piping schedule using Primavera P6
  • Create and manage activity logic
  • Develop, update and manage resource Histograms and S-Curves
  • Track and Report on Workshop Pre-Fabrication and report on any issues
  • Perform weekly updates and reports with S-Curves for overall contract (Client Report).
  • Compile weekly updates for supervisors indicating critical path, progress and slippage (also reasons).
  • Monitor Potential scheduling problems and report to senior management
  • Monitor progress and update the schedu
