·   Developed Master Schedule and subsequent approval to Working schedule of Level 4 for Uppal & Miyapur Depots along with Stations.

·   Established MIS reports for weekly, Monthly and Look Ahead programmes.

·   Monitor & control of daily progress reports for Depot & Stations.

·   Coordinate all engineering activities, review engineering documents of various disciplines, resolve interface issues, manage document control and optimize engineering man-hours.

·   Establish project baseline schedules and preliminary budgets during project start-ups.

·   Forecast and develop manpower and equipment requirement schedules, cash flow charts, s-curves and histograms.

·    Developed FPMS (Field Progress Measuring System) for Hyderabad Metro rail Project along with EVM and progress monitoring sheets as per cost centres

·    Developed Delay Claim Analysis along with Recovery Schedules.
