Programme Control Manager, Investment Projects, York.

Directly responsible for 7 Project Planners and a Planning Assistant to ensure that they produce early plans and identify various key information to monitor the development and delivery of the project; including resource loading of plans and employing normal schedule information and working towards an ability to successfully run EVA and critical path analysis.  

Responsibility for the smooth running of the 4 weekly reporting of the portfolio for London North East, which is currently running at over 180 live projects at various levels from GRIP 1 – 8 [Circa £70m], ensuring accuracy and monitoring cost, safety and performance.  Periodic compilation of the local Programme Managers Monthly Business Review pack (MBR) and attendance at the local and Asset Directors MBR meeting.  Updating and control of information to the MBR pack is via CCMS. 

Provision of an efficient day-to-day service to Programme and Project Managers in reporting on plans, cost and advice regarding Oracle Projects and programme performance.  Ensuring compliance to process and regulatory documentation; Investment Regulations, Project Control Cycle and GRIP. Production of the business plan for the portfolio and ensuring delivery to agreed timescales.
