Role Responsibilities:
- Overseeing tender plans and project planning to ensure that the requirements of the client are achieved.
- Overall planning management of the factory ensuring the factory runs at optimum capacity.
- Ensuring umbilicals are manufactured and tested in line with the client’s specifications and to ISO systems.
- Strategic monthly forecasting for production man-hour requirements, machine capacity, and revenue costs per quarter and other management reporting.
- Analysis and implementation of new software such as ERP and Primavera P6 enterprise.
- Management of Logisitcs Engineers ensuring materials are available at the right time for the processes.
- Management of import / export procedures including IPR goods and tracking.
- Management, coaching and supporting a team of eight.
