Responsibility :
- Responsible to develop planning the progress for all disciplines (Civil/Structure, Piping, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrument) and follow up the realization
- To analyze and report the impact of all deviations from project schedule at the earliest possible time for evaluation and remedial actions by Construction Manager / Field Manager
- To develop realistic work time schedule and Critical Path Method (CPM) schedule
- Follow up the construction need list, especially for material and man power
- Understand the subcontract agreement (Contract to subcontractor) as general to make sure the scope of work, schedule of work, warranty period and acceptance is implemented at site by subcontractor
- Assist for Pre-commisioning phase and Dossier Completeness
- Auditor for Final BOQ and Value Amendment Contract Agreement for Subcontractor after MC Complete
