- Preparation of project baselines – As-Sold, Progress, Staffing Plan

- Preparation of Inter-Entity Contract based on Commercial Guideline

- Understanding of WBS Structure and maintenance of Project structure in SAP

- Participate in project start-up & alignment activities in New Delhi Office.

- Scheduling – Hand-on knowledge on Primavera P6 for Project Planning, resource loading, Critical path analysis etc

- Development of look-ahead and Forecasting (Progress, Man-hours). Assist Engineering disciplines in development of Control level schedules

- Level 3 Schedule analysis, reviews & communication to team

- Change Management – Maintenance of Change Management work process during execution

- Analyze, Reconcile and Track Cost - Incidentals (Billable and Non-Billable) with established budget

- Prepare Project Marginal Analysis Report (PMAR).

- Preparation of Monthly Project Status Report (PSR), Management Review Report

- Preparation of comprehensive automated weekly progress and performance report comprising budget/ staffing / productivity /  progress  / targets / mobilizations  - demobilizations /  OT/ST % / approved and pending trends etc for Weekly taskforce Meeting

- Preparation and implementation of automated formats for weekly and monthly monitoring of Manhours, Staffing, Progress (Progress and Performance Report), 3 Part Curves for client reporting.

- Support in Management reporting including preparation & maintenance of automated system for staffing and backlog curves, Prospects analysis for GEC office

- Establish and maintain MDR (Master Document Register) for client reporting

- Client Reporting.includes staffing & Progress curves for home office, Highlights of main activities, area of concerns and corrective actions, action items, schedule highlights, action and mitigation, forecast of home-office labor & expenses etc.

-  Risk Management.

- Preparation of Project Close-out Report

- Workshare Project Controls activities with Prime Office

- Coordinating Project Portfolio activities - Monthly Project Assembly, Project Improvement Plan etc.

- Preparation of Pricing Model and Client presentation for Proposals.
