Provided cost estimating and planning/scheduling services on a consultant basis, working with other contractors and owners.

Designed and built single family housing and light commercial projects, specializing in passive solar and super-insulated design.  Selected as a representative for Northern Homes, a pre-cut package housing manufacturer, attending all Northern Homes training in energy conservation  and super-insulated building practices.   In-house work performed included site utilities, excavation, concrete, carpentry, drywall, metal studs, painting.   Built some of the first passive solar projects in the Charlottesville area.  Built private schools, churches, commercial buildings, restaurants, residential new and renovated structures.
