Key Accountabilities

§  Working as part of the Station Modernisation and Enhancement Project (SMEP)

§  Duties include planning, managing and controlling cost resources.

§  Strategic analysis of Whole life Asset Management for Metronet assets

§  Risk and Trend/Change Control using Monte Carlo/ARM

§  Strategic Management of Metronet Cost and Programme Schedule

§  Preparing Cost and Revenue Forecasts and using earned value to measure cost and schedule performance.

§  Managing claims and recoverable items and loss adjustments in CIP

§  Liaising with external contractors to manage claims and compensation events, commercial exploitation and  CDMs (Construct, Design and Manage)

§  Developing and producing work instructions such as the commercial Gate Process and Project Control Manuals.

§  Liaising with Procurement to analyse tender documents and participate in commercial evaluation processes.

§  Liaising with Metronet Engineers in the Quality Assurance Process.

§  Take a brief from a client/ PM.

§  Facilitate Workshop.

§  Take the lead in managing the Mace Team on a preconstruction commission

§  Co-ordinate and manage the input of colleagues.

§  Manage and deliver external commission to agree time, cost budget and quality identified and agreed with Line Manager.

§  Identification, Consideration and evaluation of Options

§  Strategic and Detailed Programming covering all project stages

§  Problem Solving

§  Logistics Strategies and Vehicle Management
