Jan 2010 – April 2010 B-Train/B-Regenerator Slowdown Lead Planner – 300M

  • Planned and scheduled the sulfur portion of the 2010 Crude slowdown.
  • Interfaced with contractors daily on performance, priorities and daily execution schedules.
  • Communicated daily with operations and inspection on the following days work schedule.

 

Nov 2008 – Dec 2009 – North Plant TA Lead Planner - 15MM

  • Managed TA planners through a successful TA planning, estimating, and scheduling effort that resulted in a great overall turnaround.
  • The TA was completed with zero recordable Injuries, zero environmental incidents, under budget and one day early.
  • Interfaced with contractors daily on performance, priorities and daily execution schedules.
  • Successfully set up and executed Production Manager on a full scale turnaround.
  • Communicated daily with operations and inspection on the following days work schedule.

 

April 2008 – Nov 2008 – Coker 2 Structure and Pit Planner/Field Supervisor – 2MM

  • Responsible for the scoping, planning, budgeting, contract strategy, and safe execution of all work on the Coker 2 Coke Drum Structure and Coke Pit.
  • Work included Re-grout, Re-anchor, and Reposition Coke Drums, Octagon Face/Table Top Soffit Concrete Repairs, Replace Wear Plates on Steel Coke Chutes, Install Cover Plates on Concrete Coke Chute, Replace Timber Fenders on Maze Walls, Replace Dewatering Walls and Repair coke drum cracks.
  • Responsible for conducting pre-job safety meetings.
  • Responsible for all field coordination issues, interfacing between the contractors and operations, requisitioning material and rental equipment, tracking daily progress, and developing daily schedules.

 

Dec 2007 – April 2008 – EWR Planner Crude Slowdown

  • Responsible for planning, communicating, scheduling and tracking Extra Work Request during the 2008 Crude Slowdown.
