Using the programme for construction progress monitoring, identifying potential problems, identifying the critical activities, near critical activities and working with the contractor to close deviations..  Preparing and maintaining construction schedules including development of critical path, project float and building as built schedules having taken into consideration all delays experienced.  Partnering with project personnel to establish the plan and document the scope ,  Making presentations to senior management as needed  Evaluating scope changes, change orders and variations in terms of schedule impact to project  Using the contract as a management and control tool in managing the contractor by writing contractual letters according to the relevant clauses  Ensuring that the contractor’s personnel work safely and adhere to safety rules and safety procedures
