- weekly reporting of implementing plan vs. actual progress curves, manpower histograms for expenditure forecasting and progress (S-curves, MPS, progress tables)
2. Critical Path Analysis (CPM), with a focus on early identification of risks to facilitate preventing actions.
3. Establishing of schedules and recommendation of actions to drive on-time performance with the goal to complete the project on time.
4. Provide detailed feedback to Production Manager.
Participation in development of System of control of working hours from point zero - 12 production departments and 5 subsidiaries :
- description of business processes
- development of documents of Integrated management system (work instructions, templates)
- checking of value of contract measured in man-hours based on labor production of designing document
- annual budget preparation and its verification for each production department
- database administration (adding users, contracts, etc.).
