ZapSib-2 Project represents a major expansion of the existing SIBUR facility and consists of an integrated Ethylene, Polyethylene and Polypropylene Production Complex. Total capital cost of US$ 9.5 billion. Recruited during the construction phase of the Polyethylene plant (four polyethylene production units with a production capacity of 1.5 million tpy) to provide project controls consultancy to SIBUR, which involves the production of schedules, baselines and other related materials.
