Senior Project Engineer, TRICOM SYSTEMS (PHILS.), INC., Construction and Installation of numerous PABX System and Structured Cabling System across Philippines

* Designs, installation, and commissioning of PABX System (IWATSU, Panasonic), Voice Mails and other peripherals for building communication.

* Responsible for the design and project implementation of Network Infrastructure and Structured Cabling Projects and its technical facilities.

* Support sales team on proposal and solutions to customers. 

* Prepare solution proposals, project bidding documents and specifications preparations. 

* Generate Bill of Materials for quotations. 

* Assist sales in gathering 3rd party pricing and liaising with 3rd parties, if required. 

* Meet customers to understand end-user requirements and come out with proposals.

* Ensure that all assigned personnel are coordinating their activities with other project participants, and that the requirements of the Contract are being satisfied.

* Responsible for planning, scheduling, conducting and coordinating the technical and management aspects of projects.

* Provide updates on schedule, including forecasting, and assist in preparing management reports and attending project meetings. Maintain documentation to support deviations from the baseline plan and method statement.

* Communicate regularly with the project controls management team to ensure the overall project schedule is understood and any significant deviations from the plan are brought to the attention on the Project Controls Manager.

* Communicate regularly with all disciplines and groups to ensure accuracy of inputs to the schedule. Participate in interface meetings.

* Monitors work for compliance to applicable codes, accepted engineering practices, and standards.

* Ensures effective communication and coordination on assigned projects between all disciplines and all other project participants.
