E&I WORKS - NGHI SON REFINERY AND PETROCHEMICAL COMPLEX

Client: JGCS CONSORTIUM

Package: E&I

Scope of work:

The scope of work shall perform, provide and supply all works, services, equipment and materials set forth in Contract No.: CNT-6495-ELE2B-001 & CNT-6495-ELE0-001 (Job Code: 0-6495-20) NSRP Project, Vietnam and perform all other obligations required by the terms and conditions of the Contract and shall be responsible for doing and providing all things of whatsoever nature or description which have not been specifically included in Contract.

Position: PROJECT CONTROL MANAGER     

Responsibilities:

·        Study scope of work of project;

·        Prepare Presentation Slide for KOM/documents for all meetings;

·        Develop project schedule, project planning and take control of project schedule closely;

·        Be responsible for project control in term of schedule, budget (man-hour) and change;

·        Controlling the project from the early stages until the end of the project handover, ensuring adherence to the project requirements in terms of quality and progress of the investor.

·        Management and control of the entire project costs.

·        Assess the impact budgets/costs when requested design changes, the volume and types of facilities.

·        Organization management, administration and oversight of contractors to ensure the progress, quality and safety project.

·        Managing change in project scope, project schedule and project costs.

·        Create and maintain risk management to mitigate project risks.

·        Coordinate internally with disciplines and other project team members (HSSE team, Construction team, Material team, QC team) in order to run project smoothly;

·        Coordinate externally with Project Owner/Other parties to get right information/input/site instruction needed for project execution;

·        Make decision or give proactive action to solve any conflict or pending item to run project forward;

·        Call a meeting in case there is site instruction/information need to be discussed and finalized. Take care of Notes of meeting and distribute to related parties for further action. Any pending works shall be discussed and captured in the Meeting to resolve accordingly;

·        Be responsible for Project Execution Plan, Project Master Schedule, check Project procedures such as Project Coordinator Procedure,  Project Quality Plan;

·        Prepare Daily Report and submit JGCS for review;

·        Prepare Weekly Progress Report and submit to JGCS for review;

·        Prepare Monthly Progress Report and submit to JGCS for monthly payment.

·        Prepare and submit Notification of Change or Change Proposal to JGCS for a comment or instruction given by JGCS in documents (such as specifications, drawings, field change sheets, letters, etc. issued by JGCS for the execution of the Works) constitutes a change in the scope of Works which may give a cost impact to PVE.

·        Support Commercial Dept. and Accounting Dept. to prepare some supporting document for Monthly Progress Report (Commercial Invoice, Vat Invoice, Letter Of “Progress Certificate”) for payment.

·        Other actions instructed by Site Manager.

BUILDING WORKS - NGHI SON REFINERY AND PETROCHEMICAL COMPLEX

Client: JGCS CONSORTIUM

Design phase: EPC

Scope of work:

The scope of work shall perform, provide and supply all works, services, equipment and materials set forth in Contract No.: CNT-6495-BLD1-001 (Job Code: 0-6495-20) NSRP Project, Vietnam and perform all other obligations required by the terms and conditions of the Contract and shall be responsible for doing and providing all things of whatsoever nature or description which have not been specifically included in Contract.

Position: QA/QC ENGINEER

Responsibilities:

·        Study scope of work of project;

·        Study ITP (Inspection and Testing Plan) and Specification.

·        Be responsible for controlling and monitoring NFI (Notification for Inspection);

·        Open and close NFI documents for payment activities after finishing all regular inspections at site;

·        Be responsible for writing and submitting MAR (Material Approval Request) to JGCS Consortium (Contractor) and Nghi Son Refinery & Petrochemical Limited Liability Company (Investor) in order to have approval;

·        Make sure NFI and MAR are accepted from JGCS in order to run project smoothly. Give proactive action to solve any conflict or pending items to run project forward;

·        Prepare Weekly progress report of QA/QC team and submit to QA/QC Manager and Project Site Manager for review;

·        Prepare for period of JGCS’s audits based on actual master construction schedule.

·        Coordinate calibration of all test equipment and fixtures.

·        Perform inspections products according to well defined criteria using Standard and Specification at site.

·        Other actions instructed by QA/QC Manager.

 

SULFUR RECOVERY UNIT 2

Client: BINH SON REFINING & PETROCHEMICAL CO., LTD. (BSR).

Design phase: Verifying (2014)

Scope of work:

The scope of work shall verify all design and engineering related works to meet the PROJECT intent. The Binh Son Refining and Petrochemical Co. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the OWNER) have contracted to the Consortium of JGC Corporation and JGC Vietnam Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the CONTRACTOR) to build an Additional Sulfur Recovery Unit (also called SRU2) inside the Dung Quat Refinery (DQR). The SRU2 plant will recover the Sulphur from the acid gas produced by the Refinery. The SRU2 will add value to BSR by improving the flexibility of crude oil selection as well as the refinery margin.

ENGINEERING, PROCUREMENT, CONSTRUCTION, HOOK UP AND COMMISSIONING (EPCC) OF TOPSIDES AND JACKET FOR THAI BINH DEVELOPMENT PROJECT

Client: PETRONAS CARIGALI OVERSEAS SDN BHD (PCOSB)

EPCC Contractor: PVC-MS

Design phase: Post-AFC stage (2014)

Scope of work:

Post-AFC engineering shall include the followings:

·        Review the AFC package, incorporate any latest revision in sub-surface and design data (if any).

·        Review Vendor Data and incorporate Vendor data into AFC package

·        Provide technical response to any early query from fabrication.

·        Perform Follow on Engineering support and update in to AFC package.

·        Complete Post-AFC final documentation.

Position: PROJECT ENGINEER

·        Develop   and   summarize   Master   Deliverable   Register   which   cover   all requirements in given scope of work;

·        Coordinate internally with disciplines and other project team members in order to run project smoothly;

·        Coordinate externally with Project Owner/Other parties to get right information/input/instruction needed for project execution;

DAI HUNG GAS GATHERING PROJECT

Client: PVEP POC.

Design phase: Detail Design (2014)

Scope of work:

·        The scope of work shall cover all design and engineering related works to meet the PROJECT intent. In general, the detailed Engineering service shall be carried out by Contractor including additional gas gathering system on WHP-DH2,  subsea pipeline system from WHPDH2 to BK-TNG and gas gathering system on BK-TNG.

Position: PROJECT ENGINEER (Assistant)

Responsibilities:

·        Study scope of work of project;

·        Support DCC for controlling and monitoring all Vendor Data Packages;

·        Support Project Planner to prepare Weekly progress report/Monthly progress report, check report before issuance;

·        Support for final documentation;

·        Support Commercial Dept. to prepare some supporting document (Milestone Completion Certificate) for payment;

·        Other actions instructed by Project Manager.

TE GIAC TRANG FIELD DEVELOPMENT – ADDITIONAL CHEMICAL INJECTION PACKAGE (H04 – WHP)

Client: Hoang Long JOC (HLJOC).

Design phase: FEED (2013)

Scope of work:

Design the new chemical injection system on WHP-H4 connecting to the existing system. The project's additional SOW includes the installation of a new standby pump for demulsified tank and boat landing.

Position: PROJECT COORDINATOR

Responsibilities:

·        Study scope of work of project;

PROVISION OF DETAILED ENGINEERING SERVICE FOR PVGAS TOWER'S PARKING HOUSE

Client: PVGas

Design phase: EPC

Scope of work:

Perform detailed engineering including Civil, Electrical, HSE, Instrument and Piping for PVGas Tower's parking house. A parking garage have 4 floors. It’s a pre- engineered steel building with light partition. Floors and bracing system, pile grating is used by precast concrete 1x2 M250. Foundation solution is pile foundation. Transporting car to upstair by 4 elevations provided by Client with 3 tons of maximum load.

+ Ground area: 1.211,2 m2

+ Total floor area: 4.914,1 m2

+ Building elevator: +18,65 m

+ Capcity: about 132 cars (3 upstairs) và 800 motors (ground)

Position: PROJECT COORDINATOR

Responsibilities:

·        Coordinate between disciplines with EPC management team.

·        Update and track engineering documents status.

·        Update engineering progress and report to EPC management team.

·        Issue all engineering documents to EPC management team.

·        Prepare all engineering report for Engineering manager.

·        Other actions instructed by Project Manager.

PROVISION OF DETAILED ENGINEERING SERVICE FOR BLOCK B – O MON GAS PIPELINE PROJECT

Client: PVGAS/ BPOC

Design phase: Basis and Detailed design

Scope of work: FEED Design and Cost estimate for onshore pipeline section:

·        Mech./piping/ pipeline.

·        Safety system/ FF system.

·        Electrical system.

·        Civil/structure/Arc.

·        Corrosion.

·        Cost estimate for local procurement.

The project consists of approximately 246 km sea pipeline 28 "(152 at) and 152 km of onshore pipeline: 30" and 10" onshore pipeline, LBVs, LFS station, GDC, GDS, ... Position: PROJECT PLANNER/ CONTROL (Assistant).

Responsibilities:

·        Coordinate with disciplines to update EMDR  status, propose list of EMDR change and prepare list of documents impacted by input data/ Vendor data;

·        Support DCC to improve document control spreadsheet;

·        Support project weekly report with issue status;

·        Prepare and coordinate with disciplines for Re-submission.
