Project Controls Manager

As part of the management team supporting a £650m IT project. In particular to define and implement an improvement plan for the strategic delivery of the programme.

·       Supporting the organisation with all aspects of Earned Value Management and Programme/Project Management.

·       Organise the Schedulers to ensure that all schedules are updated on a weekly basis

·       Support the accountable engineers with the creation/management of their schedules

·       Create the plan for the plan to implement correct programme management processes

·       Support the Management Leadership team with analysis of the schedule and cost data

·       Identify the issue that require management focus from the Integrated Master Schedule

·       Define improvements and then implement these

·       Define the appropriate schedule management processes

·       Define the appropriate integrated master schedule process

·       Define the schedule risk analysis process

·       Support the VBA programming for Macros created to automate Microsoft Project updates

·       Support the wInsight database and associated SQL database
