Khafji Crude Related Offshore Projects EPC (TP. Proj. No: 9355U – KCROP)

Client           :  KJO (Khafji Joint Operations) nearly 400 Million USD.

Synopsis       : Lump sum engineering, procurement, fabrication, installation, commissioning and start-up contract. The Project includes Installation of two integrated wellhead jackets, two power distribution platforms, a main composite submarine cable as well as a number of infield cables, a new living quarters platform and control room. The contract also includes the complete refurbishment of the existing LQ and OCP platforms. Technip scope includes  the overall project management, procurement as well as supervision of the fabrication/installation. The fabrication, transportation and installation activities will be subcontracted to China Offshore Oil Engineering Corporation (COOEC). The project has started in the Oct-2010, with 36 months of work scheduled for completion.

Role             :   Successfully initiated project Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS) across different work locations / entities for proper cost tracking and reporting. Implemented all Cost Related Project procedures with COMPANY and subcontractors. Implemented different entity level cost tracking structure to capture expenses for better control / reporting & forecasting. Responsible for all project cost reporting to Project / Corporate / Group Management. Responsible for actual and forecasted cost reporting.

 

Umm Lulu FEED Project (TP. Proj. No: 9658Y)

Client           :  ADMA-OPCO - 7 Million USD / 70,000 Man hours.

Synopsis       : Front End Engineering Design (FEED) Project for new fields development. The project consists of 2 well heads and one Manifold tower and bridge between these towers and a pipeline to ZADCO.

Role             :   Successfully managed all cost reporting requirements (Client and internal) for the man-hours & its costs, subcontracts (in house and third party), other Client facilities and services and Client interactions. Responsible for actual and forecasted cost reporting (Client & Internal) which includes, Man-hour Productivity, Schedule Performance Indicators, Cost Performance Indicators, SV%, CV% etc. Responsible for trend notice / Change Order preparations, submission to Client and follow-up.

Al Nasr FEED Project (TP. Proj. No: 9653T)

Client           :  ADMA-OPCO - 6 Million USD / 60,000 Man hours.

Synopsis       : Front End Engineering Design (FEED) Project for new field development. The project consists of 2 well heads and one Maniold tower and bridge between these towers and a pipeline to Total ABK.

Role             :   Successfully managed all cost reporting requirements (Client and internal) for the man-hours & its costs, subcontracts (in house and third party), other Client facilities and services and Client interactions. Total Yemen Frame Engineering Project (TP. Proj. No: 9161H /9081W)

Client           :  Total Yemen - 40 Million USD / 400,000 Man hours.

Synopsis       :  The engineering, procurement and construction supervision of various Total Yemen Site Projects.

Role             :   Maintaining more than 40 service Orders (Lump sum & reimbursable) and its related Procurement Activities from Technip Home Office. Managing Earned value Analysis, Schedule Performance Indicators, Cost Performance Indicators, trend analysis for all these units. Preparing and maintaining various logs for internal and external reporting. Formulating the PMR for review with PM and Corporate Management during Project Reviews.

Client           :  Technip France - 11 Million USD / 330,000 Man hours.

Synopsis       :  The engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) of Al Khaleej Gas Phase-2 (AKG-2) Project aims to produce LNG for RasGas Company Limited, Qatar. 

Role             :   Preparing and maintaining Change Requests, Change Orders & Change Control Logs and Client Cost Reports. Liaising and tracking follow-up of change orders, invoices and other cost related issues. Formulating the PMR for review with PM and Corporate Management during Project Reviews.

OXY, OMAN Engineering Services Contract (TP. Proj. No: 9578L)

Client           :   OXY, Oman, Engineering Services Contract. – 4 Million USD / 60,000 Man-hours.

Synopsis       :  Various Studies for Oxidental Mukhanza, Oman.

Role             :  Preparation of Work Instruction budgets in consultation with discipline leads. Preparation of work instruction logs, man-hour and cost summary for Client. Establishing Key Performance Indicators, to monitor the performance of discipline and various other factors. Formulating the PMR for review with PM and Corporate Management during Project Reviews.

ISO-Octane Development Phase1 (TP. Proj. No: 9195V)

Synopsis       :  The project aims to increase the processing capacity of the units, improve the quality of the products and reduce energy consumptions.

Synopsis       :   EPC Project indented for OGD II Capacity Enhancement of 130%.

Role             :  Interacting with Discipline Engineers for Progress Reporting & Document Register updating. Preparing Manpower Histograms / Progress S-Curves for client reporting. Assisting the Planning Engineer in the Preparation of Planning Package.

 

Construction of Sulphur Recovery Unit (TP. Proj. No: 6849V)

Client           :   Saudi Aramco, Riyadh, KSA.

Synopsis       :   EPC Project, to recover elemental Sulphur and to provide a Truck Loading Facility (for Sulphur) at South Riyadh Bulk Plant.

Role             :   Developing and implementing an Engineering Progress Measurement and reporting system in line with Saudi Aramco requirement. Implementing Procurement Control Log for Progress Measurement and monitoring.

Highlights

 

®       Significantly developed a tool to migrate data from Technip Mainframe System - JANUS (used for Progress reporting) and developed customized report as per specific client requirements.

®       Successfully implemented a system for entering the punch list items and filtered reports were generated for the use of Filed staff and summary for Management reporting.

Integrated software solution to manage daily operation of Abu Dhabi Health & Fitness Club. Following modules are included in the software.

The Accounts module works as the back office. The inventory and membership modules are directly linked with the accounts module. The Point of Sale terminals are linked to Accounts through its administration modules. All the information is collected to a central server from various nodes where the information is generated.
