Duties and Responsibilities:   

Project MEPD Planner/Coordinator

Responsible for the development, preparation, monitoring and controlling of MEPD installation and testing and commissioning project control documents. Led and coordinated a team of QA/QC Engineers, Document Controllers and Sub-contractor Planners for the preparation and reporting of MEPD progress reports. Responsible for the conduct of Coordination Meeting with the Consultants, Project Manager, Construction Managers, MEP Sub-contractors and MEP Sub-consultants to monitor the procurement, information flow, site installation and programme.

Project Planning Engineer

Completed the overall preparation of project planning scope in P6/P3 scheduling, resourcing and reporting from the programme of baseline schedule to activities monitoring. Responsible for the preparation of various reports such as client weekly & monthly reports and JV report.

St. Regis Hotel & Residences (officially Saadiyat Beach Resort) Project

an Al Habtoor Murray & Roberts Joint Venture Project for the construction of a 380-room Hotel, residences adjoining the hotel which comprises 259 apartments (up to four bedrooms in sizes) and 33 luxury residential villas. Client: Tourism Development & Investment Company.
