September, 2007 - Schedule development and monitoring periodically :L1/ L2/ L3 schedules project for concept, FEED and Detailed Engineering, procurement phase of project by defining WBS, activities & their codes.
- Monitoring deliverables for FEED & detailed engineering stages.
- Tracking actual man-hours against the budgeted man-hours.
- Bid evaluation of vendors & consultants with respect to project planning & control requirements.
- Generating S-Curves as per the progress for MIS Reporting.
- Preparation of Planning Package with all standard procedures of project management as well as progress measurement procedures followed during the course of an EPCI Project
- Project Management Reports, Monthly Progress Reports, Weekly Progress Reports, Internal Top management reports, Preparation of Presentations for Review meeting and Board Presentations.
- Preparation of Milestones for payment according to contractual obligations for generation of invoice, monthly meeting with client for the certification of Engineering and Procurement Progress certification.
- Verification of Sub Contractor’s milestones rose during the month for payment as per the contractual obligations.
- Interaction with Project Management Consultant (EIL, Delhi and Mumbai) and resolve the project management issues
- Preparation of Overall Project Schedule on Primavera and monitoring the same for timely completion of deliverables as well as achievement of Milestones.
- Generation of Functional schedules and Scurve and monitoring the same for all phases of execution.
- Coordination with Engineering Centre (Aker Engineering Malaysia) and Fabrication Yard(MFF Hazira and MFF Kattupalli) for the availability of drawing as well as material front available as and when required.
- Schedule Development for different phases of project cycle.
- Liaise and coordinate with project team to ensure proper understanding of the key schedule sensitivities and drivers.
- Provide input data for and conduct benchmarking activities.
- Deliver and maintain consistent and realistic plans and control structures for major, complex projects. Develop the list of plans required to execute the project and their hierarchy relationship. Drive, manage and ensure completeness of the development of the activities, logic, resources and progress for the integrated project schedule, leading to the creation of the baseline and its subsequent maintenance.
