1. Carry out SWOT analysis of the Company’s current planning resources & systems and recommend changes where required.2. Overall administrative responsibility of integration of planning functions of multiple areas of operations.3. Development of Management Information Systems (MIS) and AFT reports to enhance and optimize project controls.4. Develop planning standards and procedures5. Execute forensic delay analysis6. Responsible to forecast overall Manpower requirement for the Business Unit.7. Ensure that the latest planning software and tools are deployed.8. Manage and guide planning team to achieve deliverables, provide constructive feedback and schedule training where necessary.9. Perform all activities in compliance with the Company Health, Safety and Environmental Management System (HSEMS)
