Roles & Duties: Preparation and evaluation of Project Planning Package Comprising of Master Schedule, Progress S-Curves, Resource Loaded Histograms, Cashflow Histograms and Procurement Plan as per contract. Verify Work Packages, Work Break Down Structures (WBS), Activities and Codes as per project phase. Control and monitoring look ahead Work Schedules. Update Project Schedules on weekly / monthly basis. Submission of daily, weekly and monthly reports to the client. Liaise and coordination with client & contractor regarding project performance and obstructions. Evaluation and preparation escalation as per Contract agreement.
