Planning and Controls Engineer, ALDAR International Oil and Gas Co., Oil-In Multiphase Project (Client: Eni Corp)

* Project Planning and Control Specialist supporting the Tendering and Contract Management Team.
* Perform all Project Control Related Documentations in BID Pre-qualification, Tendering and reviewing various Scope of Services, Drawings and Quantities after Award. 
* Develop Project Conceptual WBS, P6 Schedule and Planning Package, including Manpower Projection Plan, Equipment Plan and Project Execution plan for Contracts on ad hoc basis. 
* Documentation of quality policies, procedures and Inspection Test Plan(ITP) and liaising with the discipline heads for manpower requirements for specialized works during both Conceptual and Execution Planning and performing periodic Quality Control Process Audits(QA/QC) as required.
* Review Schedule of other Planners and Subcontractors Schedule and Milestones integration into Master Schedule before submitting to Client by checking for integrity, errors, omission, analysis of delay and incorporating all the clients and stakeholders comments when needed.
*Prepare Progress Tracking Sheet for VoWD
*Perform S-Curve and EVM Analysis.
*Prepare Weekly and Monthly Progress and Status Report.
*Attend Client Meetings with emphasis on meeting project control needs and correcting related issues.
*Preparing and implementing change management procedures by documenting change orders in change control forms and change control logs respectively and revising the baseline schedule to reflect the approved changes after analyzing the impact on the project Performance Objectives including the HSE Objectives. 
*Reviewing the scope of work for subcontractors in line with planning best practices and in conformance with the schedule internal and contractual milestones at execution.
