- Developed project baseline schedule for the entire project duration for 900 days with cost loading (Labor, Materials, Non-Labor) using P6.
- Updates programs on monthly basis and prepare graphic reports on cash flow/S-Curve, resource loading – histogram and narrative including issues relating to site constraint.
- Respond to comment of Client regarding the integrity and clarity of the project baseline (Primavera Contract Management Expedition).
- Evaluate monthly percentage accomplishment.
- Prepare resource loaded short term programs for Pre-cast Yard scheduling.
- Analyze and report progress and performance.
- Identify delays, critical paths, areas of concern and propose corrective action to the Work Packages Managers
- Provide input to ensure that the most economical/advantageous construction strategy is adopted through collaboration.
- Collaborate/coordinate with the measurement team to ensure that the latest outputs are used in any manpower forecast.
- Gather progress site incident and development, photos relating to issues and stored in P6 notes for future reference.
- Visit project sites to validate whether the progress of work on site is in compliance with approved schedules, ensure major milestone have been met and report any deficiencies to management team.
