• Lead corporate scheduler for large general contractor, serving as point person for planning/scheduling and earned value efforts across the organization.    • Provide leadership in the continuing improvement of corporate project controls knowledge and culture.  Establish flexible but effective policies and procedures.  Work with team members throughout the organization to ensure project needs are met and that the effectiveness of the project controls tools are maximized.  Create guidelines and templates for project planning, schedule development, and progress analysis/reporting which streamline the processes and increase the quality of the work product.  • Directly manage a staff of full-time planner/schedulers assigned to complex projects, and serve as functional supervisor for other staff assigned project controls roles on an individual project basis. • Develop and implement numerous training programs in project controls knowledge areas, including small group training modules lasting two months, large classroom-based training sessions, and online/on-demand training modules.  Training programs are developed not only to answer the technical “how to do it” questions, but also the thought processes of “what” and “why” which help participants retain the knowledge and apply it effectively in future projects.  • Develop accurate and flexible Critical Path Method schedules for all project types which model the project scope, execution dynamics, and risks.  Budgets and resource requirements are loaded into schedule activities to allow thorough planning, analysis, and tracking of the interdependent requirements.  Successful in using project controls techniques across numerous market segments including automotive, buildings, healthcare, energy, industrial, heavy civil, and government projects.   • Serve as Qualifying Party for company's Contractor Licenses in four states (FL, NC, OR, SC). • Honored with three Alberici Awards in recognition for outstanding achievements.
