Responsible for client support and provision of data for business studies, analysis, and comparisons. Provided assistance and support to Technical Business Analysis and clients.

ACCOMPLISHMENTS

• Assigned to liaise with outside consultants on special projects and required studies. Provided information and statistics for consultant use.
• Prepare project initiatives including written defintions, scope, objectives, benefits, risks, constraints and costs for submission and approval by management.
• Assigned the accountability of gathering data, coordinating department yearly budget for review and approval by mangement.
• Initiated a continuous inprovement process for tracking, maintaining and the distribution of Vendor Service Bulletins in meeting both the needs of internal and external clients/groups.
• Gathered and coordinated Machinery (M) Health Data for project studies for both internal and external uses.
