DIRECTOR - PLANNING & CONTROLS in AECOM US-Program Management Consultant Project & Location : Development of Exhibition cum Convention Center, Dwarka, New Delhi, under Delhi Mumbai Industrial Corridor Project, India Client : Delhi Mumbai Industrial Corridor Development Corporation Limited (DMICDC) incorporated by Government of India (GOI) to develop multi-modal high axle load Dedicated Freight Corridor between Delhi & Mumbai covering a length of 1,504 k. m. Value : Indian Rupees Two Hundred Forty (240) Billion / US Dollars Three & half (3.5) Billion Scope of Work of the project: To create a state-of-the-art, world class Exhibition cum Convention Center with world class infrastructure facilities related to trade promotions activities, conventions, conferences, exhibitions, national/corporate meetings, specialized events and associated mixed use commercial development (commercial offices, retail and hotels) and logistic facilities. Duties & Responsibilities 1) Schedule Management – Developing Program Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and developing & maintaining the Program Master Schedule at various levels of details for management reporting using Primavera P6 Professional R16.2, Microsoft Excel, Power Point & Word, Project Wise V8i. 2) Cost Management - Creating Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS) and creating Baseline Program Budget and maintaining Program Master Budget & Cash Flow. 3) Risk Management – Developing a systematic risk management plan/strategy to track & manage significant risks. 4) Scope and Change Management – Creating & implementing Change Management Plan, Change Log, governance 5) Performance Measurement – Developing a web based reporting platform to provide cost & schedule information. 6) Document Control – Implementing an electronic document management system to have document control. 7) Program Administration: Implementing Project Management practices, Monitoring contractor’s progress.
