Tubelines PPP (£2 Billion)
The JNP Station Modernisation Enhancement Programme (SMEP) is the largest, most complex modernisation of a live, operational railway ever undertaken by London Underground. SSL / BCV will transform the London Underground stations, covering the Jubilee, Northern and Piccadilly Line. It is a daunting but very exciting challenge. This is the biggest single investment programmed in TfL's portfolio, excluding Crossrail, and the capacity it will bring is vital to keep pace with London's growth as a successful world city.
Key deliverables include:
>New state of the art station control room
>Latest innovation on security camera and fire alarm system
>Upgrade of power and Telecoms
>Provide modern look into the station interior including fitting out of new ticketing halls and platforms
>Provide Station Mobility Impairment Lift
>Provide latest technology into customer information communication

 

§  Working as part of the Station Modernisation and Enhancement Project (SMEP)

§  Duties include planning, managing and controlling cost resources.

§  Strategic analysis of Whole life Asset Management for Tube Lines assets

§  Risk and Trend/Change Control using Monte Carlo/ARM

§  Strategic Management of Tube Lines Cost and Programme Schedule

§  Preparing Cost and Revenue Forecasts and using earned value to measure cost and schedule performance.

§  Managing claims and recoverable items and loss adjustments in CIP

§  Liaising with external contractors to manage claims and compensation events, commercial exploitation and  CDMs (Construct, Design and Manage)

§  Developing and producing work instructions such as the commercial Gate Process and Project Control Manuals.

§  Liaising with Procurement to analyze tender documents and participate in commercial evaluation processes

§  Liaising with Tube Lines Engineers in the Quality Assurance Process.
