-      Work with the client’s planning and control management team, Prepare master project schedule and plans during tender phase

-      Understand contract terms and conditions, Conduct field scoping to clarify project scope, Develop project WBS for further scheduling, progress measurement, and project control

-      Work with the Project Manager during execution and handover phases, Prepare a detailed programme of works which is acceptable to the client and which indicates the sequence of operations, dependencies and resource requirements

-      Record progress accurately, Adjust forecasts as required, Analyze gaps between the planned and actual progress and highlight the areas of concern, Monitor the material submittals, approvals and procurement schedule against the project plan and Update, Revise, or Recover

-      Prepare reports on progress and causes of progress variations, Implement plan versus actual progress charts (histograms/S curves), Prepare and update two weeks and two months look-ahead schedule that reflect the priority activities

-      Monitor project plan weekly based on site visits, Prepare of weekly progress report to be submitted for weekly project progress meeting

-      Attend monthly project review meeting with Project Management representative, Submit reports to management as required

-      Support project team, Ensure adherence to weekly and monthly project progress, Generate report on all variations

-      Prepare of critical path analysis and impact program in assessment of EOT. Liaise with the Project Manager and Quantity Surveyor to indicate cost and return forecasts at the agreed payment dates throughout the contract

-      Ensure timely notification of delays to PM, Manage changes and variations orders, Undertake delay analysis including compiling, reviewing and defending extension of time claims using the Time Impact Analysis (TIA) method, Write of technical delay analysis reports
